InstaGyb does not have any refund policy.  No direct transfer to bank account or paytm will be made. You can use the amount in your InstaGyb wallet for sending Bulk SMS only. Funds transferred by debit cards, credit cards, wallets or any other online medium are non-refundable. As the services we offer are irrevocable in nature, we do not offer any refund for Failed SMS, Sender ID, Premium Membership and for wallet balance which is left and unused.

We advice you to test our services before making purchases. All purchases are considered final in compliance with our no refund policy. We do not offer any refund of money once the transaction is initiated and money is added to InstaGyb wallet. You can use your InstaGyb wallet balance for purchasing Sender ID, Premium Membership, and for sending Bulk SMS. Also if a Sender ID is approved in your account then you cannot edit or update it afterwards.

Our system works on submission basis. It means you need to pay for each SMS processed from the website or app of InstaGyb Failed SMS are also chargeable. We don’t debit the cost of blocked numbers and DND numbers.
